Problem
How might we transform investment visibility into better decisions and higher returns?
Large corporate treasury teams manage cash and investments across multiple financial institutions, legal entities, and thousands of bank accounts. Investment data is often fragmented across different banking platforms, spreadsheets, and reports, making it difficult to understand the company’s true financial position.
My approach
A centralized investment platform that consolidates portfolios from multiple banks, accounts, and legal entities into a single view. It allows treasury teams to monitor total and individual returns, compare performance against key benchmarks, and track the maturity dates of CDBs and other investments.
By replacing fragmented spreadsheets and banking portals with reliable, real-time data, the platform improves visibility, reduces manual work, and helps treasury teams make faster and more strategic investment decisions.
Impact
The platform improved investment returns by helping treasury teams identify better allocation opportunities and compare performance across institutions and products. A centralized view made portfolio performance, individual returns, and upcoming maturities easier to understand.
